I've taught UX and UI Design for both the University of Washington and General Assembly.
OVERVIEW:
I’ve had the unique opportunity to teach both the Applied UX and the Interactive Visual Design courses at the University of Washington. My focus was theory as well as practice (Figma and Design Systems). A major emphasis of my curriculum was describing how UX is essential to achieving business goals.
Breaking down complex topics into easily understandable concepts is a strength I’ve grown over the years with students, stakeholders, and clients.
In addition to the University of Washington, I’ve also taught UX/UI at General Assembly and mentored students at the The School of Visual Concepts.
