A tablet and desktop platform the UX Design Lead for Enterprise, where I define the next generation of Customer Care and Point of Sale platforms used by thousands of employees. This effort involved numerous edge cases, and multiple platform dependencies. I am also the Lead UX Designer for both the iOS and Android apps where I define the modern shopping experience.
